We are proud to welcome back to Belfast; Carol Quinn, Archivist and Information Management Specialist with Irish Distillers Ltd. As head of archives an Ireland’s largest whiskey distillery, Carol has, at her disposal, a vast amount of information. Carol loves to share the information she is preserving and will lead us through a very interesting history of Powers Irish Whiskey.
